A unique look at our Florida heritage spanning the last five centuries of the Sunshine State
The history of Florida is fascinating, and archaeology helps us to understand the heritage beneath the ground and to appreciate what people have achieved. Join noted anthropologist, Uzi Baram, for a unique look spanning the last five centuries of Florida history. This interesting presentation will highlight colonial sites, utopian settlements, minority communities, and modern cities, and encourages current preservation efforts with heritage organizations.
