Thomasville Center for the Arts presents Where+Wear+Ware, an exhibit from contemporary artists Tenee' Hart, Leah Gossett, and April Webb which both criticizes and pays homage to the domestic. Through ‘handiwork’ methods passed down by women across generations, the artists honor the knowledge and labor of homemakers. Simultaneously, cumbersome, dysfunctional, furniture sculptures underscore critiques.   Join us for the opening on January 12 from 6-8pm in our Main Gallery for an artist talk, light bites, and wine.
