Under the leadership of Tallahassee Community College Director of Bands Lisa M. Foltz, Capital City Band of TCC will perform their annual Winter Festival concert at 5 PM on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at the corner of College Avenue and Duval Street. The Band will be playing favorite holiday tunes which are guaranteed to get you into the spirit of the season!
