The 6th Annual Florida Guitar Festival will take place at FSU’s College of Music from October 21-23. This year’s festival will feature concerts, masterclasses, lectures, and workshops by great guitarists from around the world including Isaac Bustos, Silviu Ciulei, Alec Holcomb, Stephen Robinson, Tom Johnson, and Ciyadh Wells. This year's event will also celebrate Bruce Holzman's 50th year as the Professor of Guitar at FSU.
The 2022 Florida Guitar Festival and Competition will be an amazing weekend of once again connecting excellence and Florida State University. With both nationally and internationally acclaimed performers, teachers, and presenters coming, this will be a festival worth coming to! PARKING INFORMATION
Please be aware of all University Parking Lot restrictions. University Lots are available for parking on Weekdays AFTER 10pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday. All other times require permits. Details about where to park for check-in and concerts will be provided in the handbook.
Day-campers driving themselves to camp each day should purchase a parking permit from FSU. Visitor parking permits are available for purchase online at the Transportation Services Office located at the Campus Bookstore on Woodward Street. Visitor permits allow you to park in any ungated Faculty/Staff or Student space (there is one right across from the music buildings). Call 850-644-5278 or visit their website for more information.
