The Bradfordville Blues Club is proud to participate in The Independent Venues Week this weekend.  The BBC is the only north Florida venue invited to participate in this national event. To celebrate, we are bringing in phenomenally talented blues/rock guitarists Joanna Connor and Alastair Greene to Tallahassee.  A don't miss weekend for blues/rock guitar fans!

Joanna Connor, Chicago's Queen of the Blues, kicks off her Florida tour on the corner stage, Friday, July 15 at 7:30 pm. Joanna is an internationally renowned fiery blues-rock guitarist noted for her searing slide and ferocious string bending. She's honed her chops over 35 years of playing including residencies at Chicago's House of Blues and Kingston Mines while playing with a whose who Chicago s' finest including Buddy Guy, Junior Wells, Koko Taylor and Pinetop Perkins. Her critically acclaimed album "4801 South Indiana" was produced by Joe Bonamassa. She and her stellar four piece were named the 2022 Best Blues Band in Chicago by The Chicago Reader. Joanna hasn't played the club in over 10 years and we're proud to bring her back as part of the Independent Venues Week, the only North Florida venue invited to participate. Very highly recommended for fans of blues rock.
