The Transatlantic Slave Trade: Documenting Voyages

Dr. Kahn will discuss the Slave Voyages Database and efforts by researchers around the world to document the thousands of slaving voyages that transported Africans into bondage.

The "Spirits of the Passage" exhibit will be open and refreshments served in the Museum lobby starting at 5:30 p.m. The program will begin in the Heritage Hall Auditorium at 6:30 p.m.

Parking and admission is free.
