The Carrabelle Artist Association is hosting the annual Walkin’ Tacos and Fish Rubbing event on Saturday, April 2, at the Franklin County Senior Citizens Council (Carrabelle Senior Center), 201 NW Avenue F, Carrabelle, FL. The time is 11AM to 3PM. Cost is $10 at the door, which includes a Walkin' Taco and a drink plus the supplies and in-person instruction to make a fish rubbing on rice paper.  Anyone wishing to make a second fish rubbing on a T-shirt is welcome to bring a plain T-shirt.
