The Tallahassee Watercolor Society’s 28th Tri-State Juried Water Media Exhibition

Presented by Museum of Fine Arts at FSU and Tallahassee Watercolor Society at Museum of Fine Arts, Florida State University

The Tallahassee Watercolor Society’s 28th Tri-State Juried Water Media Exhibition opens at FSU’s Museum of Fine Arts Friday, May 20, 2016. Artists from Florida, Alabama and Georgia competed to have their paintings included in this exhibit. Don Andrews, a nationally known watercolor artist, juried fifty paintings from the many submitted to be displayed. The public is invited to meet the artists and join in the celebration Friday, May 20, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Awards will be presented at that time for the paintings judged to be the best.

 

The 28th Tri-State Juried Water Media exhibition can be seen at the Museum of Fine Art through July 1, 2016. MOFA is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays during the exhibition 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Don’t miss this explosion of color and creativity from regional artists.
