WFSU's Bee in My Garden Days

WFSU's Bee in My Garden Days

Presented by WFSU Public Media and The Grove Museum at The Grove Museum

Welcome wild bees into your garden with the help of WFSU and community partners. Join us for an outdoor family event, Bee in My Garden Days, sponsored by Prevent Child Abuse Florida, on March 5 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at The Grove Museum. Attendees can pick up a free pollinator garden kit and participate in activities to find out how to help wildflowers grow, learn about native bees, play games, make art, and explore The Grove's grounds. Visit and learn with partners from the Tallahassee Museum, Mission San Luis, Apalachee Beekeepers, and more! Families will also receive a free copy of the book "The Thing About Bees" by Shabazz Larkin, while supplies last. This event is funded in part by a grant from PBS | Nature. Bee in My Garden Days is FREE and open to the public. Parking is located at 902 N. Monroe St. The Call-Collins House will be open for visitors, with tours of the museum on the hour between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Visit wfsu.org/beegarden for more information.
