FSU Choral Ensemble Camp

FSU Choral Ensemble Camp

Presented by FSU Summer Music Camps at FSU College of Music

Singers will work with FSU faculty professors in a large mixed choir, a women's or men's choir, sectionals, and a small ensemble. They will take an analysis class, daily voice masterclass, daily elective class, and participate in a men's or women's finale group. Singers can choose an elective class topic of conducting, musicianship or popular styles. Honors opportunities for participation in the solo recital and chamber choir exist as well. The week is filled with fun and challenging music and social activities. Music rehearsals take place on most evenings, but on Wednesday evening recreation activities are planned. Spend time on the FSU Campus and experience what it's like to be 'Nole!   This camp is open to Sopranos/Altos currently in grades 10, 11 and 12 and Tenors/Basses currently in grades 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. For Sopranos/Altos currently in grades 8 and 9, please see the information about the Treble Choir Camp.
