Join the University Philharmonia on February 18 and 19 for “European Rarities,” a program that will include the Albinoni-Giazotto Adagio for Strings and Organ (seldom performed in its original version); the Tomasi Saxophone Concerto (featuring saxophone soloist Andrew Becker, winner of the 2021 Young Artist Competition); and the cornerstone of the concert, the Russian hidden gem, Kalinnikov's Symphony No. 1 in G minor.
