This is the second annual Florida Luxe Arts Festival and it is shaping up to be even bigger and better than last year. Join us Friday, March 18 from 3-7pm and Saturday, March 19 from 10am-5pm for chalk painting, live music, and kid's chalk zone. Artists, Naomi Haverland and Chris Carlson will be returning and can't wait to share their new installations with the community. The festival will be located in historic downtown Panama City. We are also partnering with the Panama City Farmer's Market to bring more color and art to McKenzie Park including a chalk trail installed with the help of local schools.
