This is an 8 week art therapy group for older women to learn about art, select artwork, and create artwork for a virtual art exhibition hosted through the FSU Museum of Fine Arts website.
The group will be held in person at the Tallahassee Senior Center, January 18 - March 8, 2022, Tuesday mornings, 10:30am -12pm. This group is facilitated by art therapist and doctoral student, Jessie S Rochford, in fulfillment towards her doctoral dissertation research. There is an option for students to participate in voluntary interviews about their group experience. Information from interviews and the group will be anonymous and included in Ms. Rochford\'s doctoral research.
