The Museum interprets Florida history and culture from the late-ice age to modern times with artifacts, graphics, media, interactive elements, and immersive environments. Galleries highlight Florida’s first people, early exploration and contact, Spanish shipwrecks, British Florida and the Seminole Wars, Florida in the Civil War, 20th-century forestry and agriculture, early transportation and tourism, World War II, Grandma’s Attic, and special topics featured in temporary exhibits.
