This exhibition provides artists working in all mediums with the opportunity to participate in this annual regional exhibition. Selections for awards will be based on a juried review, which is conducted without the knowledge of the artists’ identity, title, or price of work. The exhibition will be judged in its entirety. Awards will be presented and announced at the opening night reception on Thursday, August 26, 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm. Participating artists and guests will be encouraged to attend.

Important Dates

Friday, August 6th – Deadline for entry                          
Completed entry form, entry fee, and entry images should be received or postmarked by Friday, August 6th, 2021.

Tuesday, August 10th – Notification of Acceptance
Artists will be notified of acceptance on August 10th by e-mail.

August 18th – 19th – Art Delivery Dates
Labeled works should be delivered to the Colquitt County Arts Center at 401 7th Ave SW  in Moultrie, Georgia.  Delivery hours: 10:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Thursday, August 26th – Opening Reception
The Opening reception will be from 5:00 pm —6:30 pm.

Friday, October 29th – Exhibit ends
The exhibit will be on display until 5:30 pm on October 29th, 2021.

November 1st – 2nd – Art Pickup Dates
All works must be picked up from the Colquitt County Arts Center Monday or Tuesday from 10:30 am – 5:00 pm.
