- semi-finalist for financial award contacted within 4 weeks

- semi-finalist to work with a business coach provided by HFR

- create pitch deck

- pitch to selection committee via video 

- final submission to include business plan and allocation of funds

- award recipients announced. Funds provided in 4 installments based on business reporting to Icon360

Eligibility: 

- In business 2 + years

- Bipoc designer

- Portfolio & resume

- E-commerce business 

- Website

- 2 letters of reference from industry professional
