Updated Save Our Stages Information per the second stimulus package.

The second stimulus package also incorporates the Save Our Stages Act and with it the establishment of a $15 billion SPA grant program for indie establishments. For clarification, this legislation has different names referring to the same bill: Shuttered Venues Operators legislation, Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act, and Save Our Stages.
