Art from Chaos: a call to create Art in Place

In ancient times, Altars or shrines were often placed at the fork in the road, a place of decision, of choice.  In this coronavirus pandemic, art is one of the key things sustaining us while we are cocooning at home. It serves to challenge, inspire and nourish us as we find our way to the new normal of a post-COVID-19 world. We invite people to create their own roadside altar or art installation near home during this time of quarantine. Alternately, works created within the home can be shared by photo in our gallery format. These offerings remind us of our essential need for each other, especially in times of struggle, and of our forever need for a vibrant, healthy environment.

May we move forward with intention.

We are not alone. We will be with our friends again. We will be with our families again.

We will meet again.
