The Office Manager is responsible for smooth management of LeMoyne Art’s administrative
office. Serves as primary support for Executive Director and point person for LeMoyne members.
The work week for the Office Manager will be Tues-Friday 10AM-5PM. Candidate does not
need arts background to apply.

• Handle the majority of office paperwork, including monthly membership renewal letters,
vendor agreements, contracts and facility rental agreements
• Create monthly membership reports
• Draft correspondence, including letters to board members, thank-you letters for
sponsorships, membership renewal letters, etc.
• Schedule volunteers and interns and generate monthly tracking reports
• Proofread marketing materials
• Handle all aspects of facility management
• Assist with preparing grants
• Assist preparing weekly income reports and check requests for CPA
• Responsible for collecting time sheets and sending to CPA
• Organize and maintain office files
• Mail merging
• Oversee mailings
• Deposit money in bank on a weekly basis
• Maintain and update mailing lists
• Responsible for making sure office is equipped with supplies
• Responsible for opening and closing LeMoyne as needed
• Answer phones, update voicemail message on a regular basis
• Assist with setting up and breaking down events/meetings
• Assist with facility rentals
• Other duties as assigned

• Understand LeMoyne’s policies and procedures as they relate to the performance and
duties of this position
• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by ED
• Mid to above average knowledge of PC and Apple operating systems

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years previous related experience required
• Graphic design skills and website management skills a plus
• Experience working for non-profits a plus

• Ability to speak and write English fluently

• Basic mathematics required
