A series of two 1.5 hour after-hours workshops developed for nonprofit board treasurers and prospective board treasurers. Possible topics include Best Practices for Budgeting and Reporting; Ensuring Organizational Accountability; Working Effectively with Staff and Other Board Members; and collective troubleshooting. Target audience size is 15.
