The Tallahassee Civic Chorale invites you to join us in singing in three wonderful concerts this season. The fall concert, held on December 11, 2018, will be “Joy, Peace and Hope”, featuring timeless music of the season. The spring concert, held on April 26, 2019, will be “All That Hath Life and Breath”, featuring Dan Forrest’s “Requiem for the Living.”  The summer concert, held on June 21, 2019, will be “Stand by Me”, featuring songs of friendship, community and solidarity. All concerts will be held in Tallahassee Community College’s Turner Auditorium beginning at 7:30 pm.

You can register to join the Civic Chorale beginning at 6:30 pm, before the rehearsals on August 21, August 28 or September 4. No auditions are required, and the rehearsals are held from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in room CH168, Communications and Humanities Building, Tallahassee Community College, 444 Appleyard Drive, Tallahassee, FL, 32304. Registration fees for community members are $40 for a semester, or $105 for the entire season, if paid by check at the rehearsal. High school or college students pay only $15 per semester. The Tallahassee Civic Chorale, composed of about 55 singers, is the official choral group for Tallahassee Community College. In addition to our three concerts each season, we go into the community with sing-outs at venues like the Winter Festival and retirement communities. We produce wonderful music and have a great time together. So, if you have always wanted to learn how to sing better, come join us!
