It's Time to Start Working on Your Organization:

Created to be a world-class learning experience that accommodates the busy schedule of nonprofit executives, the Nonprofit Executive Program (NPEP) is designed with nonprofit organizations in mind. It is ideal for CEOs, presidents, and executive directors. You will emerge a stronger leader ready to capitalize on opportunities, implement best practice management, and turn challenges into a strategic advantage. This program focuses on the business aspect of your nonprofit and helps participants think differently and be more efficient.

Who Is Right for the Program:

Candidates must be CEO's or Executive Director's actively involved in running the organization and be the decision makers. Each participant will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement so any information shared by participants will be kept within the group

What You Can Expect:

Presented over three months, the engaged, content-specific sessions take place once a month for four hours at the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship office at 111 South Monroe Street. The NPEP is designed to take into account your demanding schedule while enabling you to assess your organization's position, develop long-term strategies, create practical action plans and connect with fellow nonprofit organizations and members of the Jim Moran Institute's network for advice and support.
