Every year, NPR hosts the Tiny Desk Concert. WFSU Public Media is hosting a contest for local artists that submitted to the NPR competition. It’s the WFSU 2017 Local Tiny Desk Contest! Vote for your favorite local band of those who entered NPR’s 2017 Tiny Desk Contest. All you have to do is go online to WFSU.org. There is a video of all the entries – listen and then vote for your favorite! You can only vote once. Voting will continue until 5:00 pm ET on Thursday, March 23rd, 2017. The local fan favorite will be announced on Friday, March 24th. WFSU will feature the local fan favorite on WFSU’s TV program Local Routes and as well as on WFSU-FM 88.9.
