Railroad Square Art Park has two large artist studios available for rent.

Studio One is 800 sq ft, has a large storage loft, a large roll-up door, and private bathroom.  Monthly rent is $620.81, including all utilities, fees, and tax.

Studio Two is 700 sq ft, has a large storage loft, and a large roll-up door.  Tenants will be provided a key access to a shared bathroom.  Monthly rent is $500.95, including electricity, fees, and tax.

Please note that these are studio spaces, not retail-oriented spaces.  They are very private and face the soon-to-be-created Coal Chute Pond Park behind Railroad Square.  Interested parties should contact Lillian Finn, Art Park Manager, at manager@railroadsquare.com
