Registrar (Part-Time Regular 25 hours per week, with benefits)

Seeking a well-organized individual to oversee registrations at the Tallahassee Museum. Position is responsible for scheduling registrations, pulling reports, updating website calendar, managing and processing payments, and working with the public. Must be a quick learner who is familiar with Altru, Jotforms, and WordPress. Candidate must also pass a level 2 federal background screening.  Ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, courteous disposition, and excellent customer service, and communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of cloud based database systems.
