This is an inaugural event designed to be in the tradition of the German Christkindl Markets (German Christmas Markets). This event is a kickoff to our Annual Fundraiser, Deck the Halls. In addition to the “Christmas Market,” we will have a Beer Garden, German food, and German music. As this is our inaugural event, we are limiting the number of vendors and offering a reduced booth rate. WHEN: Friday, November 4, 4:00 – 10:00 p.m. (Beer Garden will open at 6:00 p.m.)
WHERE: Tallahassee Senior Center, 1400 N. Monroe St. Vendors will be set up in the dining room on the first floor. The Beer Garden, Food Truck(s), and band will be outside.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
APPLICATION INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS:
 DeadIine is Friday, August 26, 2016 to have your booth listed in Active Living Magazine. (Applications will be accepted after deadline if space is available)
 Applications must be complete to be considered
 Please submit a photo of item(s) to be sold
 Please submit check to TSC Foundation or Credit Card information with application. You will not be charged if your application is not accepted. Once your application has been accepted and you have been notified, cancellations are non-refundable.

MISCELLANEOUS:
 All items must be ORIGINAL work, LOCAL, & HAND MADE! No resale or manufactured items permitted!
 You are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax to the Florida Department of Revenue

SET-UP & TEAR DOWN:
 Set up is between 1:00 & 3:00 p.m. Specific, detailed instructions will be emailed closer to the event.
 The senior center will provide one 6 ft. table and 2 chairs
 You are expected to remain set-up during the entire advertised time.
 Your table must appear professional and be covered to the ground!
 You must provide your own extension cord
