Overview: An after-hours workshop developed for nonprofit board members and prospective board members. Topics include Best Practices for Fiscal Oversight; Basic Budgeting; Mandatory Paperwork and Reporting; and Frequently Asked Questions Related to Nonprofit Finance. The workshop will be presented on two separate dates in order to encourage greater participation. 25 seats available.
