DRAWING: One "Winner" will be chosen at random from the ticket entries on Monday, March 6, 2023 at approximately 2:30p.m..  The drawing will be filmed by the School of Theatre Community Engagement Office.

RULES
Entry and Tickets: Participation in this drawing by chance will be through ticket issuance. Ticket requests are available online, in person, over phone, and by mail until Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 11:59 pm or until sold out. $50 is the minimum donation for a ticket for this drawing by chance. Donations are directed to the FSU Foundation, Inc. School of Theatre Showcase fund. To enter without a donation, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope along with a letter stating that you wish to obtain a "no donation" entry with your name, address, email address, and telephone number to the attention of FSU School of Theatre Community Engagement Office, 540 W. Call Street, P.O. Box 3061160, Tallahassee, FL 32306-1160. Only one "no donation" entry per household. Ticket requests received in writing must be post-marked no later than Friday, February 17, 2023 and any written ticket requests received after that date will not be accepted. Tickets are not transferrable and no replacements will be issued.

The FSU School of Theatre, FSU School of Theatre Patrons Association, Florida State University and the FSU Foundation, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation (“Sponsors"), assume no responsibility for the Winner's tax obligations in connection with the "Prize" and will have no responsibility beyond award of the "Prize" for its actual use.

Eligibility: Entrants and Winner must be 18 years or older and a citizen or permanent resident of the United States. The FSU School of Theatre Patrons Association reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any ticket holder for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws or who makes any misrepresentations relative to this drawing. Florida State University School of Theatre employees, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, children, and grandchildren) may not participate and are not eligible to win. Winner must comply with all applicable federal, state and local restrictions.

Selection of Winner: One (1) Winner will be selected by drawing at random from the ticket entries on Monday, March 6, 2023 at approximately 2:30p.m., provided, however, that this time, date and location and all other dates stated in these Official Rules may be altered as necessity requires. The drawing will be filmed by the School of Theatre Community Engagement Office. The Winner does not need to be present to win. The Winner will be notified by email and return receipt mail, according to the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 calendar days, fails to otherwise qualify for the "Prize" or declines the prize, the Winner will forfeit any and all rights to the "Prize", and the FSU School of Theatre Patrons Association will select an alternative Winner.
