The COCA Board typically meets five times each year with occasional additional special meetings scheduled.

The COCA Board is a policy board. Members make decisions regarding funding and oversee the strategic and operational planning of the organization. We encourage Board members to become members of COCA but there are no fundraising requirements. The Board’s main role is to uphold the Section 265.32 of the Florida Statutes and to advocate for the organization and the larger cultural community.
