NCCAkron is excited to announce the first open application for our Creative Administration Research (CAR) program!
The CAR program is focused on challenging the dance ecosystem to think beyond the boundaries of traditional models and question “best practices” as part of a national think tank.
This is the first open application period for CAR since launching in 2020. Through this process, NCCAkron will welcome a new cohort of two Artist Teams (including the artist, a curated Thought Partner, and NCCAkron team members).
Artist Teams will work remotely and in-person across 2022 and 2023 on short and long-term administrative experiments to support their own discrete artistic practices; and will be paid a stipend of $7,000.
This application is due 12noon ET on February 14, 2022.
