Robert A. Stuart was last seen in the Young Actor’s Theatre production of A Christmas Carol as Ebeneezer Scrooge. He holds a Masters in Theatre Education from FSU and is the Artistic Director at Young Actors Theatre. Robert has appeared in QMT’s The Producers (Roger DeBris), Cats (Rum Tum Tugger), Shrek the Musical (Lord Farquaad), Hairspray (Edna Turnblad) and Pippin (The Leading Player); Theatre Tallahassee’s La Cage aux Folles (Albin/ZaZa; Best Actor Award), Next Fall (Adam; Best Actor Award), The Producers (Roger De Bris; Best Supporting Actor Award) and Company (Peter); TCC’s Zombie Prom (Principal Strict), and YAT’s Hairspray (Edna Turnblad) and To Kill a Mockingbird (Bob Ewell). He was the Drama Instructor and Director at Lincoln High School for seven years before serving as both Drama Director and Fine Arts Chairperson at Chiles High School (2001 Teacher of the Year Award). He has taught various theatre classes as an adjunct professor at Tallahassee Community College and has directed over sixty five productions locally.
