Abigail Edwards is the author of And We All Bled Oil, a Young Adult mafia novel. She is a local author operating out of Monticello, FL. After several years of working at a bakery and studying in food science labs at university, Abigail combined her love of culinary science with a family history steeped in the New Orleans mob and Sicilian mafia scenes. She wrote the book she wanted to read: a story about a girl who works in the family bakery and accidentally falls in with the Sicilian olive oil mafia. And We All Bled Oil was released in December of 2021, and can be found in many of North Florida's independent bookshops.
