America's Second Harvest Of The Big Bend Inc.

Second Harvest of the Big Bend is the Food Bank for the 11 county Big Bend area.  Second Harvest works with 135 partner agencies to provide food to children, seniors, and families living in poverty.  Second Harvest works with arts organizations, community groups, the business community and individuals to raise the awareness of food insecurity as well as raising food and funds for its programs.

Blue Jeans & Blazers is Second Harvest’s largest annual event held at the warehouse with music, dancing, a cooking contest and an awesome silent auction.  Second Harvest also partners with various arts organizations and events around the community raise food and funds.
