Zumba is the fitness class that does not feel like a fitness class. This high energy exercise program combines Hip Hop Dance, Salsa, Samba, and Mambo to create the ultimate workout experience. Bring a towel, water, and be ready to sweat and have tons of fun dancing to great music!

Good morning, I am trying to get back into a zumba class after five years from a car accident. I would like to stop by and observe the class. I was in Ms. Dee's zumba class those years ago at Bond Community Health Center twice a week. May I have the days and hours of the classes. What is the charge for membership.
