Working Girl

In WORKING GIRL, Melanie Griffith plays the role of Tess McGill who in the beginning, is dreading her job and loser boyfriend. Without hesitation, she takes a job as a secretary for a considerable Wall Street firm. Tess comes to find out that her boss, Katherine Parker, is planning on exploiting her idea and using it as her own. However, while her boss is out on vacation and injures herself, Tess takes full advantage of the situation. She is now the boss, has a new love interest and naturally makes her way to the top of New York’s financial circle. When her boss returns, it’s not Tess that suffers the consequences.
