Wednesday Classic Nia Cardio-Dance classes

Set to eclectic and rich music, CLASSIC NIA (Nia Technique®’s original class format) invites you to workout from the inside out. It is a mindful cardio workout that combines the joy of Dance, the power and precision of the Martial Arts, and the body-centered harmony & relaxation techniques of the Healing Arts. In this class, you’ll be guided through 7-cycles and will end by melting away your stress using relaxation techniques that enhance breathing and the flow of energy throughout your whole body. Our philosophy: Through Movement We Find Health.

Class Details:

• drop-ins always welcome
• class is taken barefoot (or in thin soft-sole shoes)
• bring a water bottle, a towel and dress in comfortable workout clothes
• no dance or Nia® experience necessary | all abilities welcomed
