Come check out collaborative artworks created during nine workshops this spring designed by local artists around the theme Waging Peace.

This spring, The Plant and local artists/creatives designed a series of collaborative art-making workshops for the community to engage in creative artistic dialogue around the theme, Waging Peace, as it relates to Tallahassee.  These workshops are part of a community-wide project orchestrated by The FSU Museum of Fine Arts and the May 2018 exhibition called Waging Peace!  that worked with teachers in the Leon County, City Hall, and the Anderson Brickler Gallery.  Waging Peace involves active

This event is free and part of a larger, voluntary, community project.   All those involved in Waging Peace at the Plant are donating their time, ideas, resources, and materials.  As such,  The Plant and the participating artists invite donations.  For questions about donating, please contact Jennifer Hamrock at theplant.tally@gmail.com
