Two Birds and a Stone

Black Dog on the Square can’t wait to hear Two Birds and a Stone in our shop!

The acoustic group is a band of young musicians who met through the Chiles and Tallahassee Youth Orchestras. They blend a wide variety of genres with bluegrass and classical instrumentation to create a unique sound. Two Birds and a Stone covers artists like Bob Dylan, The Avett Brothers, The Eagles and The Beatles, but also have a collection of original songs by guitar player, Christian Manuel. Between the energetic banjo playing of Davis Johnstone, and the melodic strings provided by cellist Will Taylor, violist Mira Gaitanis, and bassist Sean Norton, Two Birds and a Stone has a diverse and emotional array of sounds.
