The Tallahassee Bach Parley presents: French Baroque “Fête Parisienne”

The Tallahassee Bach Parley brings the music of Baroque-era composers like J. S. Bach to life. Performing on period-style instruments, the Bach Parley offers a unique, exceptional concert experience to educate and engage our community!

Music of Lully, Couperin, Campra, Charpentier and Telemann with Eva Amsler, Valerie Arsenault, Caroline Holden, Melissa Brewer, Brian Arsenault, Kim Jones, and Iain Quinn

The Bach Parley will explore music of well-known and more obscure French Baroque composers, as well as a “Paris Quartet” by the German composer Telemann. In order to hear the influence of the French language on the style of the music, special guest Pauline Amy De La Breteque will read texts in French to go along with
