The Peter Karp Band, Saturday, Jan. 7 at 7:30 pm   Peter Karp is the real deal–a creative and talented songwriter/storyteller and multi-instrumentalist who alternates between resonator slide guitar, acoustic and electric guitar, blues harp and barrel house piano deftly mixing blues, roots, Americana and alt-country. Based out of Nashville and a regular at the Annual 30A Singer, Songwriter Festival, Peter has the chops, charisma and stage presence to complement his musicianship. It all spells entertainer. He’s backed by a sterling rhythm section including Mark Johnson former member of Delta Moon, on guitar,  providing rollicking, smokin’, fast-paced, hip-shakin’, roots and blues that won’t let ya’ sit still.
