Join us for this returning event that features presentations exploring the many forms of resistance enslaved people used to maintain important personal freedoms despite great risk.
Despite the incredible risk, enslaved people in America still resisted any way they could and are worthy of our admiration. Join us to hear from local experts and for poetry and traditional music, all framed by a traditional hush arbor.
