The Hughes Taylor Band makes its first BBC appearance on a Sunday matinée under the oaks at 5 pm.  This power trio from Macon, Georgia, is fronted by Hughes Taylor, a ferocious guitarist who burns up the frets in the vein of Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn and his home town hero’s, the Allman Brothers. His new cd,  “Modern Nostalgia” reflects his style that merges blues, blues rock and southern rock. The weather will be cool but the music as hot as the bonfire.
