Learn how to do cartwheels, handstands, and more and how they fit into Capoeira. No capoeira experience needed! Learn how the Brazilian martial art incorporates these fun and challenging moves.

After the workshop, there will be a roda, which is where capoeiristas play together. All are welcome to watch and participate. We will be playing live music and having a blast.

Workshop will be one hour followed by a capoeira roda. This is an opportunity to participate in the music and play of capoeira. All workshop attendees are encouraged to stay and participate. The roda will go until 8pm.
