Sunset Yoga & Sound Bath

The Friends of Maclay Gardens are excited to welcome Ashley Amrita Thesier from Yoga Power Tallahassee for a sunset yoga session on the Maclay House Lawn to celebrate Earth Day! Special guest Carol Christensen, a sound practitioner, will be playing meditative music using crystal singing bowls throughout the class, and offering a sound bath at the end.
All experience levels welcome! Please bring your own mat, towel, or blanket. Insect repellant is encouraged. Class fee is $20 (includes park admission).
