New exhibit “Shipwrecks of Dog Island” opening Wednesday, October 12 at 12 noon. Includes those shipwrecks from the Category 5 hurricane of 1899. The museum and exhibit are open Wed 12-5 pm, Thurs thru Sat 10 am–5 pm and Sun 12–5 pm.

The Carrabelle History Museum is excited to announce the grand opening of a new exhibit on “Shipwrecks of Dog Island.” This exciting new exhibit will be opening on Wednesday, October 12 at 12 noon. There is no charge for admission but donations are gladly accepted. The museum and exhibit are open Wednesdays 12-5 pm, Thursdays thru Saturdays 10 am-5 pm and Sundays 12-5 pm.
