Sound Healing Journey: Crystal Singing Bowl

Please come relax and experience the waves and frequencies produced by our Sound Healers! We present Sound Healer Alexis and Didgeridoo Healer Ramin Yazdanpanah. Together they are able to fuse various instruments to create healing harmonic tones and frequencies with Charka Aligning Crystal Singing Bowls and Didgeridoo. The transformative power of these sacred instruments rests in sustained harmonic tones and frequencies that create an environment for expanding personal and planetary consciousness as well as induce a sense of physical, mental and emotional well-being. Sustained harmonic sound waves with focused intention clear away the effects of stress, illness, and disharmony and transport one into a sacred space of inner tranquility, peace, and healing within mind, body, and spirit.

Please hydrate well before coming and bring water to integrate the sounds you’ll be experiencing throughout the evening. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket if you wish to lie down during the session. A few mats and pillows are available along with serving *Free* Hot tea.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you have time to settle into a comfortable position by 8:00PM. You are welcome to join us if the healing has already begun but please do so quietly.

We are eager to provide the community these healing sessions and therefore have created a sliding scale fee in order to make it affordable for ALL individuals.

Alexis’ Bio:
Alexis, a natural born healer, began practicing Reiki Energy Healing with her grandmother at 12 years old. In 2012, she was accredited her Masters in Reiki, and fully pursues her role as a healer by cultivating knowledge on sound healing, holistic nutrition, herbalism, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, Reflexology, Tantra, and Eastern Medicine. She currently facilitates monthly workshops, Reiki Share night, Sound Healing Journeys, and Wom(b)en’s circles hosted at her studio in the brick and mortar shop, Crystal Portal, located in Railroad Square. In addition, Astraea is the property manager & program coordinator at The Pyramid Retreat Center where she provides monthly Full Moon gatherings and quarterly retreats.
