Second Saturday Family Program: Look with Me: Exploring Florida Landscape Art with Children

Bring the whole family to this program happening every second Saturday of the month. Programs feature a tour and hands-on activities geared to ages 5 to 10.

Learn to explore art exhibits as a family. Museum educators share the types of questions you can ask your future critic to help them explore Florida Inspired paintings. Use your new skills in our life-sized board game, surrounded by works of art.

The program, admission, and parking are free. The program runs from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Come with us as we explore Florida: the Winter Wonderland! Despite being the Sunshine State, Florida has experienced its share of chilly winters. Bundle up as we look at several of these snow days and how winter has affected the state’s agriculture, population, and tourism industry. We will be making a waterless snowglobe so you can make your very own Florida Winter Wonderland! https://www.facebook.com/museumoffloridahistory/posts/10158545825436634
