In this exhibition, artists from across hurricane impacted areas of the United States reflect on trauma and the aftermath of violent weather, while positioning empathy and human connections in the center of a vision of our future.
Rising Water features works by Richard Misrach, Willie Birch, and Chandra McCormick and Keith Calhoun from Louisiana, Trenton Doyle Hancock and Sarah Welch from Texas, Aspen Mays from South Carolina, and Frances Gallardo from Puerto Rico. Admission is always FREE!
Museum hours are Monday-Friday 10:00-5:00 p.m. with extended hours on Thursday to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays 10:00-4:00 p.m.
Metered parking is available on the main level of the Call Street Garage, Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 p.m. After 4:30, and on weekends, all legal spaces are available to visitors.
