Quanta at Blue Tavern with special guest René Arbogast

Quanta is the duo of Jack Quine and Richard Bertram. They share a love of both mathematics and music. Both are active in other music groups on the Tallahasse scene: Richard on a variety of instruments with JazzEtcetera, Jack as keyboardist for the Thursday Night Music Club big band. As a duo they bring together a surprising variety of instruments — piano, guitar, bass, saxophones, clarinet, percussion, vocal — to create their own unique arrangements of jazz standards, ragtime, folk, blues, and original songs.
