Patriotic Pops in the Park

Thomasville Entertainment Foundation’s Family Series kicks off with a FREE outdoor concert featuring the Atlanta Pops Orchestra Ensemble and vocalist Timothy Miller.

The Atlanta Pops Orchestra Ensemble, under the baton of Conductor Dr. Jason Altieri, will perform a free outdoor concert of patriotic music honoring military veterans and celebrating all things American. Presented at downtown Thomasville’s Ritz Amphitheater, the Pops in the Park event also features Georgia vocalist Timothy Miller. As part of TEF’s Family Series, the casual, family friendly event is free and open to the public, and concertgoers are encouraged to bring chairs or spread a blanket.

In cooperation with Thomasville Center for the Arts, an enriching pre-concert instrument “petting zoo” will be available for children to learn more about orchestras and musical instruments, part of TCA’s Arts Free for All activities. Watch the Center’s website for more details to come –
